JOB DETAILS:

AGF and El Cambio are searching for a Head Coach for the U18 team to join our academy in Masaka, Uganda, starting June or July 2025. This is a unique one-year opportunity (with flexibility to extend) to lead some very promising young talents.

About El Cambio

Founded by Thomas Thor seven years ago, El Cambio has grown into a flourishing academy in Masaka. In 2025, four of its players proudly represented Uganda at the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, helping the National team qualify for the upcoming U17 World Cup.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the U18 team, the academy’s oldest and most advanced group, including national team players.
• Head coach for league participation, managing match preparation and performance.
• Collaborate closely with a passionate, international staff.

Requirements

• Experience from coaching at elite youth level.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication in English.
• Willingness and adaptability to live in Uganda for at least a year.

Living & Working Conditions

• You'll live in Masaka with two other Danish staff members in shared accommodation.
• Fixed salary (details upon application).
• Contract begins June/July 2025.
• One-year commitment preferred, with flexibility to adjust based on mutual interest.
